Come2Colombia is a story that began when an American real estate investor meets a Colombian designer. The two connected by chance, and completed a beautiful penthouse remodel in El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia. The founding partners of Come2Colombia met in Medellín, months into a painful remodel project that included all of the typical horror stories one can read about. Their sharing of ideas and creation of a plan led to a beautiful home. In just over one month, the new team completed more than the prior four months of the project. As a bilingual duo, combined with our endless local resources and contacts, Come2Colombia can manage all the responsibilities of your project, while maintaining professional communication, so you can focus on the priorities in your life.
